    You will work with the internal team and other managers to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for Wynta by finding potential new customers, presenting to them, converting them into clients and continuing to grow business in the future. You will also help manage existing clients and maintain great relations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to increase in sales
    • Prospect and meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network
    • Work with team to develop proposals that cover client objectives and concerns
    • Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion
    • Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs
    • Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels
    • Research and build relationships with new and existing clients
    • Set up meetings between client decision-makers and company management
    • Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends
    • Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate
    • Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team
    • Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets

    Qualifications:

    • Masters' degree or equivalent by experience
    • Well proven expertise with 5-10 years' experience

    • Develop, articulate and execute online marketing strategies and campaigns, build and maintain relationships with strategic agencies, advertisers and other partners
    • Create customised, solution-oriented presentations and product demonstrations
    • Coordinate with all internal stakeholders to meet and exceed growth targets

    • Manage the entire digital sales lifecycle; identifying and managing relationships with target sectors and clients, existing client opportunities, influencers, key stakeholdersand future prospects
    • Continually developing the brand and building increasing awareness in the market place
    • Evaluating new opportunities to ensure resources focus on the best opportunities
    • Managing proposals, submissions and bids
    • Monitoring competitors and reviewing brand offering in light of market trends
    • Aggressively participating in business contract negotiations
    • Head up the marketing team and oversee marketing budgets and activities
    • Evaluating ROI on all marketing spend
    • Drive client service excellence to provide an inspirational approach to how we service clients
    • Reporting to the MD weekly on the progress of new business initiatives and sales performance

    You will be part of a growing affiliate team, managing our product networks. Work closely with our existing affiliates and build and maintain strong and profitable relationships. You will be responsible for these relationships and analysis of affiliate performance. You need to be creative and be able to find the right incentives, creatives and means for affiliates to perform well on a consistent basis.

    Responsibilities:

    • Developing and proactively managing a portfolio of affiliates across numerous territories
    • Acquisition, retention and activation of affiliates
    • Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships through regular contact which will include face to face meetings, telephone and email communication
    • Analysis of campaigns, reporting ROI results and devising strategies to move forward
