We have just rolled out our much-awaited feature update that’s going to make your lives so much easier. Gone are the days of tedious email exchanges, lost documents and frustrating delays in the affiliate onboarding process.
With Wynta‘s latest update, both companies and individual affiliates can now upload their KYC documents directly into their account profiles and operator admins can easily verify them in the backend.
Streamlined Document Upload and Verification
Imagine being able to upload all the necessary documents, such as ID and address proofs with just a few clicks. That’s exactly what Wynta’s latest update offers. Affiliates can now upload their documents directly into their account profiles, making it easier for admins to verify and approve them.
Affiliates, log in to your affiliate account and head over to My Account > Profile Details > KYC (cute new pale blue button near the top right corner)
Select the type of your business, the Document Type that the operator is seeking to review and upload it. And just like that, you’ve done your part in a couple of minutes, if not seconds!
Admins, Rejoice!
Admins can now Approve, Reject/ request more details from the backend, all within their UI itself. This means no more tedious email exchanges or manual requests for documentation. Admins can also select the type of documents they need for affiliates to complete their verification, making the entire process even more streamlined.
Admins, log in to your affiliate account and head over to Settings > Program Settings > General > KYC (brand new section at the bottom of the page)
Select or deselect document types as you require. Additionally, if you need to request another further types of documents, speak with us and we will make it happen (as usual!)
