What’s New on Wynta: August 2026

There’s been a lot shipped across Wynta since our last round-up and this one covers ground on every product. Operators get proper role-based access control on the Affiliate Platform, the CRM picks up SMS, email and Flows, and the Bonus Engine has matured fast since launch. Co-Pilot has also stopped being a passenger; it now builds things for you. Here’s everything that’s gone live.

Affiliate Platform

Roles and Permissions

The one you’ve been asking for. Account Managers (Primary Owners) can now set granular roles and permissions for every admin user on their program, from its own dedicated tab in Workspace Settings. Four preset roles ship out of the box (Owner, Manager, Viewer and Analyst), each with its own detailed permission set, and you can add one custom role on top if none of them quite fit how your team is structured.

Rebuilt Users tab

Users has had a full facelift to bring Roles and Permissions into the flow properly. When you add a new user, you now assign their role at the point of creation. If you’re subscribed to more than one Wynta product, that’s also where you choose which products they can access. One screen, everything sorted.

Active Wagering as a commission tier type

Tiered Structure commissions get another lever. Active Wagering joins Revenue, Deposit, FTD and Registration as a Tier Type, so you can reward affiliates on player activity rather than purely on deposits or revenue. Build your tiers exactly as you would with any other type.

QR codes on every link

QR code generation is live for Tracking Links and for your unique Affiliate Registration link, which you’ll find on your profile page. Look for the QR generator icon sitting next to every link on the system. A scannable code is seconds away, which makes sharing at events, in print or over a screen far less painful than passing around a URL.

More flexible Custom Audiences

Custom Audience configuration has been upgraded, giving you more control over how you define and target affiliate segments for your campaigns.

Wynta Chat

Chat is now integrated directly into the Affiliate Platform for internal communication between users on your program. It’s available on request, so get in touch if you’d like it switched on for your team.

Coming soon: the Affiliate Performance Agent

We’re actively building this into the platform. Watch this space.

Alongside the above: UI enhancements across the platform and bug fixes in the Marketing Material screens.

CRM

SMS channel

You can now reach players by text. SMS joins your existing channels and opens up a direct, high-visibility way to engage. Set it up and start sending.

Flows

Build automated, multi-step player journeys inside the CRM. Set your trigger, define the steps and let the platform run it. Head to Flows to build your first one.

Email, end to end

Email is now fully integrated into the CRM. Build and manage templates, set up hooks and connectors, and send to your players via SendGrid without leaving the platform. Email connectors have also been added to Workspace Settings, so connection and configuration live where you’d expect them.

In-app notifications

Phase 1 is live. You can set up image uploads and URL-based in-app messages to reach players directly inside your product.

Android and iOS SDKs

Both SDKs are now available, so your dev team can integrate CRM capability straight into your own apps.

Bonus Engine

The Bonus Engine launched as a standalone Wynta product, giving you full control over how bonuses are configured, released and consumed, and it’s moved quickly since.

Manual Bonus lets you assign bonuses directly to individual players with complete control over the terms. Bulk Bonus upload handles the other end of the scale, so you can reward players at volume without doing it one at a time. Webhooks are live, keeping your bonus workflows connected to the rest of your stack.

Under the hood, we’ve improved budget management, tightened up the Bonus UI, strengthened production support and delivered ongoing fixes to keep everything running smoothly.

Wynta AI

Co-Pilot has gone from answering questions to actually doing the work.

It’s now integrated into the Affiliate Platform, where it can create affiliate accounts and add marketing materials on your behalf. On the CRM side, it can build campaigns and segments. Describe what you need and watch it assemble it. Integration is also progressing across the Bonus Engine, so Co-Pilot keeps getting more connected across everything you do.

Wynta Mobile App

For admins on the Affiliate Platform, a lot more of the platform is now manageable from your phone:

  • Registration Fields: control exactly what data you capture from affiliates at signup
  • Menu Access: manage which pages admin and affiliate users can reach, permission by permission
  • Email Templates: edit template content and CC/BCC recipients for standard email triggers, from Settings > Email Templates
  • Brand Mapping: view the details of every brand set up on your affiliate program
  • General Settings: quick access to essential platform configuration via Settings > General

For affiliates, Refer an Affiliate now surfaces both the referral link and the full sub-affiliate list, with a cleaner UX that makes recruiting sub-affiliates far more straightforward. Messages is also available to both admin users and affiliates on mobile.
