Here’s everything worth knowing.

New Reporting in the CRM

Reports and Custom Reports are now live on CRM, giving you a much deeper way to pull that data: build the exact view you need and get real insight into player behaviour and performance across your whole operation, independent of acquisition channel.

Sharper Earnings and Account Visibility on the Affiliate Platform

Your Earnings Report just got sharper, with a new NNCO Adj. column showing earnings per row with No Negative Carry Over applied. It’s not the final figure (actual NNCO is still calculated at the end of the payment cycle) but it gives you a much more realistic view of revenue and real earnings as you slice your data by date range, resolution or grouping, rather than waiting until month-end to see where things land.

Reports now include an Assigned User filter for the Account Managers as well so they can view data scoped to the affiliates assigned to a specific admin users or across the whole team without digging through unrelated accounts.

Payment Confirmation That Closes the Loop

Payment reconciliation has historically been a one-way status update. Not anymore. When an affiliate’s payment is marked as “Paid” by an Admin user/ their dedicated Affiliate Manager they can now confirm receipt themselves by changing the status to Payment Received and that status locks once set, so there’s no back-and-forth on what’s already settled. On the admin side, that confirmation reflects automatically in the corresponding Payment Report entry, which also locks in sync. It’s a small change with a big impact on trust and reconciliation time between operators and their affiliates.

This same visibility now extends to mobile, where the Payment Report gives you a full listing of affiliate payments with the ability to make adjustments and approve on the go, not just check status.

And if your program uses POCT percentage or Admin Fee deductions, you can now add and manage those directly from mobile Settings, so configuration doesn’t have to wait until you’re back at a desktop.

A Cleaner, Sharper Platform

The whole platform has a new look. A redesigned header and side menu are now live across every product, built around how affiliate teams actually navigate day to day – less noise, faster access to what you use most. It pairs with a brand-new login page: cleaner, more modern and giving you visibility into the full suite of Wynta products from the moment you sign in.

We’ve also tightened up the Forgot Password flow with a cleaner UI, so getting back into your account is quicker and less fiddly.

Settings, Organized the Way You Actually Use Them

As Wynta’s product suite has grown, Settings had started to feel like a catch-all. That’s been changed: Settings are now properly segregated under a product-specific Settings tab and a separate Workspace Settings tab in the panel menu. Whatever products you’re subscribed to, you’ll manage them in a dedicated space instead of hunting through a single long list.

Marketing Materials, On the Go

Managing creative assets used to mean being at a desktop. Now you can upload and view marketing materials (landing pages, banners, text links, and screenshots) directly from the mobile app, with support for giving exclusive affiliates access to use them in their own campaigns. Whether you’re briefing a partner between meetings or approving a new asset on the move, the tools are right there.

Built for However You Work

Mobile continues to close the gap with desktop. You can now add and assign admin users to your program straight from the app, and Logs are available on mobile too, so you can review activity and track things without waiting to get to a laptop.

We’ve also fully optimised the admin mobile experience for iPad, in both portrait and landscape orientation, so layouts take proper advantage of the bigger screen rather than just stretching a phone view.

Log in to your Wynta dashboard to explore all of these updates and download the latest version of the Wynta app on iOS and Android to take payments, reporting and marketing materials with you.

It’s been a busy stretch on Wynta, with updates landing across the Affiliate Platform, CRM […]

[33
13
